GENERAL RESERVATION TERMS

1/. Descriptions of the Establishments.

1 – 1    The descriptions and photographs are provided by the establishments and published on the site: www.ely1212.com. They do not engage the responsibility of our Central reservations office. Nevertheless, so as to improve the quality of the information on our site, we will examine any complaints and take them into account if they are justified.  

1 .2      In no event shall ELY.12.12 be held responsible, or bound to pay any compensation or reimbursement should any changes be made to the service, times or length of the service for a case of force majeure.

2/. Payment - Price

2- 1      Reservations should always be accompanied by an advance payment, in part or in full, a compulsory condition for the acceptance of a reservation. The prices given on line are for information only and do not engage our responsibility should the establishment make any last minutes changes. Only the prices confirmed by ELY.12.12 after requesting a reservation are contractual. The balance and any extra costs should be paid on the spot, our responsibility being limited to the sole services originally agreed to and paid for in full by ELY.12.12.

2 -2      In consideration of the payment, the customer receives a confirmation (Bon d’accueil) from the establishment or from ELY.12.12 with the balance to be paid on the spot and to be presented on the day of the service. The deposit paid will be deducted from the total invoice. On request, ELY.12.12 will send customers a receipt for the deposit or global payment should the invoice have been paid in full to ELY.12.12.

2- 3      In the event of non availability of the establishment, customers will be informed by e-mail that their booking cannot be taken into account and their credit card will not be debited.  

3/ Cancellation or modification:

3- 1     Deposits or prepayments will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation of modification of the reservation.  

4 /. Disputes: 

4-1       Any reservation or purchase of a service by right carries agreement to these terms of sale, applicable both to individuals and to groups.   

4-2       Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute, the law courts of France shall have sole jurisdiction and the laws of France shall be applicable. Disputes arising with our customers registered at the Companies Registration Office will be brought before the Commercial Court of Paris.
