
The Hôtel du Château has 35 particularly spacious rooms
with all necessary amenities (bath or shower, minibar, TV
and toilet). All the rooms have their own decoration,
in the style of the hotel, and all provide
a view of the castle, lake or garden.
The restaurant offers lunch or dinner in
convivial surroundings, either on the terrace with a superb
view of the lake and castle, or beside the
fire. Dinners for two can be served in the
tower room in the corner of the restaurant, which
has its own romantic and intimate atmosphere. In the
summer, you can lunch in more rustic surroundings beneath
the trees.
The chef, Christian Pelé, master of culinary ceremonies,
will give you an opportunity to taste his fare,
a mouthwatering combination of produce from land and sea.
Combourg lies in the heart of Ille-et-Vilaine, halfway
between the most prestigious sightseeing venues in Brittany –
Rennes, Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel and Dinan.
